2. Review and Approve Minutes from November 3 Meeting

• Approved with no changes.

3. Operations Report

• Water is flowing
• Nothing else to report

4. Treasurer Report

• Using a new Auditing Company. Cost is comparable to past company.
• Information needed for Auditors:
• Articles of Incorporation
• Contract with PGMS
• Insurance
• Loan Agreement
• By-laws for SRE
• Laura Steffy agreed to help him get all the information gathered.
• Approved Treasurer Report with no changes

5. Marcello Brasil Water Bill Relief Request

• Marcelo Brasil (guest at December meeting) talked about possible problem with his meter and is asking for an investigation into the amount of water that was charged to his residence. Exceptional and very unusual number of gallons. Is this problem his responsibility or PGMS responsibility? He brought pictures to illustrate the problem. (Letter and pictures on file.)
• Bob Schneider will investigate Mr. Brasil’s water issue and find out if the meter was replaced and if so, when.
• Rik Martinez will also ask that the board be notified when a meter is replaced. Tracking system needs to be implemented.

6. SB3 Requirements Update

• Emergency Preparedness Plan
• Risk Assessment
• Tim Young of PGMS will supply information via email before January meeting.
• Preparedness for hard freeze.
• Rik will send the board a risk profile – outlining changes that might need to be implemented.
• Thanks to the foresight of our previous SRE water board members we have a back up generator and heaters that help us to be more prepared.

7. Open Forum 3 minutes per speaker

• Laura Steffy and Bob Schneider are concerned that the new build on the lot between their houses may to disturbing the water drainage. They have both noticed some unusual puddling on the lot.
• Bob believes it is probably a damaged feed line instead of a drainage issue.
• Christmas Party Cancelled due to covid variants. (a letter from Dwayne Liptak – acting President)
• POA Annual Meeting – Dwayne Liptak acting as the temporary president until we have the annual POA meeting. The POA Board has said SRE would not have Annual Meeting due to covid variants.
• Rik suggested that the SREWSC initiate the annual meeting. Need to set parameters: Things to consider…
