I wanted to let everyone know that I received a late notice on my water bill, for a late charge of $10.00. When I called PGMS to inquire about it, they were super helpful-found it to not be my error (I was so glad, it definitely could've been) and they are refunding the charge and the late notice. They also told me there may be others going out, so I'm just letting you know if you receive one, contact PGMS 512-894-3322. They have been super to work with!
